This was the most impressive stay I’ve had at any destination ever. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable, and the villa was beautiful! It’s quite a distance from the airport so be prepared for a long drive, but completely worth it! Fair warning: you have to be okay with insects. They have easy access to get into the villa but there’s a solid bug net around the bed for comfortable sleeping, an there were a couple tree frogs in our villa to help keep the bugs at bay.

This property/villa is beautiful! The staff were incredible and went over and beyond with accommodating me. I enjoyed the private pool. I originally booked for three nights, although I did not realize the villa was this type of style. The bathroom was completely outside attached to the villa and it is not fully sealed it. As it is in the rice fields, there are many animals that were loud all night. I was quite scared staying here and ended my stay early. The staff were so understanding and supportive! Also the breakfast was amazing.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the one bedrooms villa with private pool - it was stunning! Amazing views across the rice fields, and the bathroom was also magical as was listening to the wildlife at night. We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant reasonably priced and very tasty

The photos are misleading. You need to take a 10min scooter ride to get the villa in the jungle. I confirmed by WhatsApp (because they never replied by email) that the bathroom was not outside, however when I arrived I found it was outside with walls and a huge open area which is not great when you need to get up multiple times in the middle of the night to go. The doors were not sealed and did not lock well, leaving plenty of room for creepy crawlies to get in. Also, there was something walking on the roof in the middle of the night and I heard breathing on the roof for quite some time (maybe a monkey?). The pool water had a layer of skim on it so I didn’t go in. I tried to get a refund as I only spent one sleepless night there but they claimed they had not been paid by Expedia yet. When I contacted Expedia, they tried multiple times to contact the hotel and they never replied. Still waiting for a refund for the other nights I never stayed there. If super rustic is your style this may be okay for you, but it was definitely not for me. And disappointed with the ignored messages and ghosting.

客室や眺めは最高でしたが、お風呂のお湯が短い間しか出なかった。部屋も変えてもらったが、同じだった。浴槽にお湯を溜めたら途中から水しかでなくなった。なので浴槽のお湯は溜めないほうがよいです。スタッフの方は気さくに対応くださいました。

We had a wonderful stay overall and would happily recommend this villa. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke enough English that communication was never an issue. The food was the best we had anywhere in Bali, and the candlelight dinner was one of the most romantic experiences we've ever had. We also loved the friendly dogs on the property, Chica and Poukie, who added so much charm to our stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. The shower floor was uncomfortable to stand on, and while the oversized bathtub looked amazing, it took a very long time to fill and ran out of hot water twice, so we ended up with a lukewarm bath. We appreciated that the room's reflective windows provided privacy during the day while still allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view. However, the private pool and deck felt less secluded than we expected because workers and neighboring villas were visible. We also noticed a few housekeeping issues. The kitchen drawers contained animal droppings, so we didn't feel comfortable using the kitchenware. There was an ashtray on the porch that still contained old cigarette butts, and we noticed a few stains on the bed canopy netting. Despite those issues, the outstanding staff, incredible food, beautiful villa, and unforgettable candlelight dinner made this a very enjoyable stay.

Staff exceptionally good

The staff was exceptionally good. Hotel staff here are usually very good but this was another level. Rooms was a little small but very nice and cozy. We rented a motorbike so it was easy to travel around the Ubud area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Madani! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely view of the rice fields. Believe them when they say you are staying amongst nature. For us it was awesome seeing frogs and lizards around or hearing how alive the rice fields become at night with creatures but that may not be every guest's cup of tea. This will be one of our favorite places we've stayed for a very long time. I wish we could have stayed longer in this paradise!

I love this place so much. The staff is so sweet. I celebrated my birthday and they surprised me with a delicious red velvet cake. Breakfast was so good and filling. Plus this place is very instragammable! But most especially, the staff is so sweet, nice, responsive, and quick to heed requests! I would definitely go back!
