Great stay, wonderful coworking and community!

A great stay at Outpost Ubud. The coworking is not so far from the property. There’s a communal area that is also nice to work from and meet the community. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Outpost Ubud in Nyuh Kuning Village and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always helpful. The room was comfortable — there were some ants at first, but the staff handled it quickly. The area is quiet and relaxing, with lots of nice cafés and places to eat nearby. A peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Beautiful property in the best location in Ubud, with some of the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, the property is badly affected by mold and mildew, and the staff seems to have no education about how to eliminate these problems. The closet in my room smelled ancient and dangerously bad; the towels also sometimes reek of a mildewy smell. Standards of cleanliness are very low - surfaces in the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. What is needed to improve this place is, first, extensive renovation, and, second, training the staff in how to make the property truly clean.

Lovely ambience

Very nice place with a lovely and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Very close to Monkey Forest but didn't seem to be too much else close by. Lots of places to eat and massage places. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place for the digital nomad.

Kertiyassa was absolutely amazing. Although the room was great, the staff was the true gem. They made us feel so at home with their friendly energy and dedication to service. The internet is also excellent and fast. My girlfriend and I are both remote workers with her teaching via online video chat and had no troubles at all. Thanks so much for the wonderfully 2 weeks. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Ubud.

this place is an absolute gem! its well located and the hotel is self is so serene. the highlight however is the amazing staff within this place who made you feel so welcome that you never wanted to leave. although my stay was short i guarantee you wont be disappointed with this beautiful bungalow!

Fantastic stay, exceptional staff

We stayed in one of the new bungalows and it was great. The room was huge, so clean and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was really good. Would love to go back again. Its not in the centre of town which makes it nice and peaceful but you could walk to town or use the free shuttle service.

Lovely Little Gem

We stayed here for about a week at the end of March. The service was wonderful and friendly they seemed to genuinely care about their guests. My partner loved the food and was very happy eating breakfast there every morning! The place was clean and the grounds are very well taken care of. A few tips. It is slightly away from all of the action in Ubud, you can easily get places by cutting by the monkey forest during the day (do not transport anything in a plastic bag while doing so the monkeys will try to take it, not even slightly joking) but would not recommend doing so at night. The short cut is also a scooter path so beware of monkeys and traffic! The hotel does offer a free shuttle though and are so very accommodating. We used it anytime after dark or if we knew it was going to be a bit of a walk. I almost hate to put this in the review but you should know.... they are building another complex on the property and there is construction during the day Monday to Friday. If you need afternoon naps this is probably not the place for you. I have no idea when they will be done but it did deter us from wanting to use the pool which looked gorgeous in between the hammering of nails and buzzing of saws.

Great hotel close to Monkey Forest

Fantastic little hotel - friendly staff (free shuttle to town daily), clean and comfortable rooms, good swimming pool. On-site restaurant is delicious and value for money - breakfast is very good. 5 minute walk to monkey forest, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Okay room, nice breakfast

The breakfast is very good and we also loved the pool and decor of the hotel. We used the shuttle service into the city a few times, this worked great. The room itself is just okay, we found the bed to be fairly uncomfortable.

Graziosa struttura in buona posizione ad Ubud

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questa piccola e gradevole struttura situata a due passi dalla Monkey Forest di Ubud. Avevamo le stanze a piano terra , piuttosto grandi e confortevoli, con piccolo patio davanti che dà su un gradevole spazio verde abbastanza ben tenuto. La posizione delle stanze al piano terra è tale da non permettere una grande privacy con le finestrelle aperte. La piscina è carina ma nel periodo del nostro soggiorno poco agibile a causa di lavori edili che si tenevano nelle immediate vicinanze. Buona e piuttosto abbondante la colazione, servita nel ristorantino della struttura con molto garbo e cura dei particolari. La posizione è piuttosto comoda: nella strada dell'hotel altri ristoranti dove poter cenare, alcuni negozi di artigianato locale e la foresta delle scimmie a due passi. Il centro di Ubud è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 15 - 20 min.Considerato anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo è una collocazione ideale per chi voglia immergersi nell'amosfera del posto, evitando i soliti hotel piuttosto anonimi.

It was ok

The pictures at the website looked much better then the place was. The pool is tiny and a bit dirty. The service was good and so the breakfast. But the rooms were not as clean as you would wish and the matrass very hard and uncomfortable. Positive was the location, just minutes from the monkey forest and if you go around it, you are direct at the busy monkey forest street, but our street was quite and lots of trees, nice waring to eat in.

Good location with convenient access to all local resources. Walking distance to Ubud. Clean, tidy, comfortable with lovely gardens and pool. A good breakfast is included. Rooms are air-conditioned and come with TV, refrigerator and kettle. Staff are most attentive, helpful and friendly.
