Also we would like to apologize that you finds such of that stay experience. But we notice that one of our guest who just checked out was never order any breakfast since her arrival cause that she has a trekking schedule which booked by herself. On the second day from our record we were remind her to order the breakfast which until the last minutes before departure the guest were came and just order the breakfast. We do understand that sometimes holidays will makes all the guest so excited with all of their own vacation schedule but by following the hotel regulation, we believes that your vacation would be much better. A 24 hours guest service assistant, security and also a standard CCTV system is in place that will control and monitor all activities inside of the resort. With now days technologies, we believes that CCTV would be cover all area which we can also control from our own hands with no need to be appeared in the place. However so many of them was taken by the guest and the guest won't pay for it as the put in the big luggage already. we will make sure this issue get into the management and find a way to resolve the problems without cutting down our standard services.
