A lovely quiet hotel with beautiful garden and surrounded by rice paddies on two sides. Convenient to walk to the main tourist street of Ubud around the monkey forest (but be aware that motorcycles also use the walking route). The staff are super nice!

The hotel equipment is not new and air conditioning not really working well, but the atmosphere in the hotel area is very nice. Breakfast simple but nice, hotel crew very polite and helpfull. Hotel is 10 minute walking distance from Monkey Forrest, but located at a quite calm street (still lot of offerings around like restaurants, massage saloons, shops). I loved the simple but calm atmosphere at the hotel yard with rice fields, palm trees, nice and clean swimming pool. The hotel is small, hence not loud, like other accomodations in the JI Monkey Forest.

Sengene er OK. Madrasser ved poolen er beskidte. Massage rum udenfor er beskidt. Poolen er god. Morgenmaden er på ingen måde i orden. Kedelig og uinspirerende. Stikkontakt ude af væggen, lampeskærme er sat sammen med tape, lyset og fjernsyn ikke funktionelt på alle værelser. Generelt manglende vedligeholdelse på bygningerne, når man bader ryger der vand over det hele og man kan se der er vandskader på den ydre væg udenfor. Rækværket røg helt af da vi lændte os og brugte gelænderet, der var omkring 2-3 meter ned uden rækværk.

Cet hébergement est extraordinaire! Super bien situé, tranquille quoi que à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Ubud. Personnel fantastique, accueillant, souriant. Un endroit de rêve. Les installations sont un peu défraîchies mais de quoi attirer le regard sur la gentillesse des hôtes. Aucun regret.

The best hot stone massage I’ve had in a while! The staff were super helpful too— I had to check out by 7am and the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30, staff actually asked if I would like some breakfast for the road! I loved how quiet my balcony was, the road outside the hotel could be quite busy at times but I never heard any traffic noise. It was blissful to come back to a quiet retreat after the loud crowds of Ubud. Oh! One more thing… those banana pancakes are to die for!

2泊しました。 中心街から離れているのが少し心配だったのですが、ここで正解でした。 中心街は渋滞がひどく、空気も悪い気がしました。 ここらへんは静かでホテル敷地内には緑も多く、落ち着いたとても雰囲気のよいところでした。 夕暮れ時には部屋の前のテラスで過ごすのが気持ちよかったです。 同じ通りにはコーヒーの美味しいカフェやレストラン、洗濯屋さんもあってのんびりする分には困りません。 空港まで迎えをお願いしたのですが、ドライバーさんは1時間程の道中、色々説明してくれて親切でした。 午前10時頃ホテルに着くと、「部屋はまだ用意できてないけど、よかったら朝食をどうぞ」と朝ご飯を頂くことができました。 フレッシュジュースとパイナップルパンケーキがとても美味しかったです。 部屋には大体のアメニティが揃ってますが、リンスやコンディショナーはないです。 多少虫はいますが、蚊取りベープもありました。 2泊したあとはブラタン湖に向かう車をまたお願いしたのですが、着いたらバリ植物園に行くという話をしたら寄ってくれるということでありがたくお願いしました。 また途中、「有名なお寺だよ」と世界遺産のタマンアユン寺院にも寄ってくれました。 ということで、スタッフもとても親切ないいホテルでした。 いい思い出ができました。 またウブドに行くときはここに泊まりたいです。

A recommendable stay in Ubud

We had a very pleasant stay at Saren Indah Hotel, with three nights in a quiet area of Ubud, right next to the Monkey Forest. We got a room at the far end, away from the street, so we weren’t bothered by the eternal scooter traffic. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the restaurant has all you need, both morning, noon and night.

It was such a perfect haven from the other busy parts of Ubud. And close enough that you could walk to the busy areas via the shortcut through the monkey forest! The staff is so lovely, hospitable, helpful and quick to fix any small issues you may have. Ask them to give you a ride on their bike to a place that's close for you to walk to the shops etc on the evening. Also i highly recommend the personal driver that we had hired with the cab, during any day trips we took! Ketut: 62 813-3836-4120 He was really nice and polite and helpful! Defintely suggest you contact him for any where you need to go. Airport, or the day trips for sightseeing. Great car and cool!

Je recommande vivement le Seren Indah hôtel . Il est parfaitement bien situé ! Juste à côté de la forêt des singes ..que nous pouvons voir dès le petit déjeuner . Dans une rue très dynamique où il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants bon marché et des salons de massage au top …mais notre chambre était un havre de paix au milieu de rizière . Ubud centre est à 3/4 d’heure à pieds . Tout le monde était très prévenant et gentil . Les petits déjeuners variés et copieux ! Si je retourne à Bali , je retournerai dans cet hôtel .

It was small but cozy place with spectacular views from everywhere. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The hotel had a good sized pool as well.

You don’t want die, don’t use pool in the hotel

There was an inconvenience of moving the room because the air conditioner was poor, and the TV didn't work, but it was all a side job. There is a swimming pool, and the water level is very low at first, but it is 1.8m deep if you walk a few steps. However, despite such a dangerous structure, there is no warning message or record of deep depth near the swimming pool. They wrote down the depth in very small letters on the stone but look it up if you can find it in the picture I posted. It will be hard to find even with a magnifying glass. My father fell into the water while swimming in the pool, expecting to be safe, and after struggling for more than 30 seconds, he eventually lost his strength and was on the verge of dying. Just in time, a Uruguayan tourist who was enjoying a vacation at the swimming pool was able to rescue his father. I was seeing when it’s happen but I can’t swim, I had no choice but to shout outside and there was no rescue equipment (tubes, ropes, life jackets). The staff heard me shouting and only a few female employees came a minute later. My father would probably have died here without the traveler. I am personally grateful to him. And I'm sure there will be a death in the pool within a year at this hotel. I hope you're not the victim. I’m influencer and I will upload this story on my youtube channel for other traveller’s safe.

ライスフィールドビューのお部屋に4泊しました ホテルの雰囲気、スタッフの対応も良く居心地が良かったです ただホテル内やリネン等も老朽化を感じましたしアメニティは無いと思って下さい 又無料のシャトルバスは無く、メイン通り(モンキーフォレストの入り口)までバイクがガンガン通る裏道を歩けば5分です 公園に入場しなくても沢山のお猿さんに会えて楽しかったです 近くに手作りパン屋「Bali Bohemia」特にバゲット10Kは美味しくて毎日色々なパン食べました
