"I have stayed here for more than 15 nights in total. I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Pros: It’s conveniently located near the Tokyo station and there’s some closer Otemachi metro station and JR Kanda station. Staff is extremely friendly and many are available on site, and the hotel is very clean, I like the coffee and snack service at the lobby that is available in the afternoon. "This hotel is less than 1 km from Tokyo Station. There are numerous restaurants and shops close by. The staff were exceptional. We got a twin room to save some money and the room was smaller than we were used to as Americans but the set up is very functional. If you are looking for an affordable nice hotel in a great area, this one is perfect. They do have bigger rooms available at a higher cost if you need. "

"Perfect little room in Tokyo. Near the Yamanote line, so easy to go anywhere from there. Konbinis on both sides. Small room, as expected, but clean and comfortable and the space under the bed to put away the luggage is very practical. "We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
