"We couldn't believe how nice the people are around here. We came in late and they still were able to work with us getting us settled in. The next morning we're able to look out our window of our hot tub bath and see the incredible balloons glistening in the sunrise. It was unbelievable. We were struggling from jet lag but we're happy we were able to see it. We scheduled ourselves to go on a hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled.
