"A lovely property, just as described with a great location, minutes from the beach, walks over the beautiful cliffs and the town, which has plenty of choice for places to eat. The property owner was instantly available by mobile phone, checking all was well and leaving ice cream in the freezer for us and fresh flowers. Certainly going the extra mile."

"Nice quiet location that is centrally placed to visit all the tourist spots of East Sussex. Enormous grounds of the main house to explore and walk. Probably not suited for wheelchair users due to floor differences between bedroom/lounge area and kitchen and bathroom. "

"I had a really amazing time when I stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised with everything that it had to offer. Both my partner and I had a wonderful, cosy experience and believe it was an absolute bargain for everything that you get! 10/10 :)"

"We had an amazing 4 days at the property. The owner was fantastic providing us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter amongst other things. The property was lovely and cozy and would highly recommend. The high street was a short walk with some great dining options ☺️"
