"This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite being marketed as a 4- or 5-star property, it barely warrants a single star. I booked a suite for my wife and me, expecting a premium stay, but we encountered numerous issues: the television didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the drapes were falling off their rods, and the bathroom lights were broken.
