Beautiful grounds and nice pools I was in old part of the property so rooms were dated but there were nicer looking rooms but did not see inside.

Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their listing in my opinion.

ห้องพักเก่ามาก ผ้าใบกันน้ำในห้องน้ำก็กันน้ำไม่ได้เลย ทำให้พื้นห้องน้ำส่วนแห้งพลอยเปียกไปด้วย ส่วนพนักงานต้อนรับก็แย่มากไม่สนใจลูกค้า พนักงานไม่มียกกระเป๋าพาไปที่พักเลย ต้องยกกระเป๋ากันไปเดินหาห้องพักเอง

We are local and had a weekend away with our boys, a great pool and sliders kept them busy. We had a new fampily room which was very roomy and clean. A good breakfast but restuarant meals a little expensive.
