Didn’t utilise everything it had to offer but all in all, it’s a cozy hotel, with good staff. Doesn’t have heaps to offer but it forces you to explore and not stay in your room. If there was any complaints, it’s that the room was really warm and you couldn’t change the air con, but nothing opening ...

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagano Zenkojiguchi
Good cost performance, clean, comfortable, nice staff, and very good location. The only (minor) negative point was that there were only 2 washing machines in the hotel, so was a bit of a struggle to use one.

This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!
