"Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets."

"The entrance to the apartment looks like it’s in disrepair n is in the process of being renovated. It was quite off putting. The apartment itself was very tastefully done n very roomy n comfortable. There is no wifi. There is no lift so getting luggage upstairs is not easy. You need to check messages before arriving so you know the code to the lockbox for your room. It is in a great location."

"L’ameublement mériterais d’être rafraîchi, la literie est rugueuse, il pourrait y avoir une couverture dans le placard parce que le couvre-lit ne peut pas servir à se couvrir. Comme il n’y a pas de ménage des chambres pendant le séjour, ça mériterais d’avoir plus de serviettes. Si non l’emplacement est parfait"
