"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."

"There was a large conference at the hotel which added to noise and lack of service in the lounge. Had we known prior that this conference was happening, we would not have stayed. Noise in our room was attributed to the elevators possibly.
It would have been nice to have shower gel in the bathroom.
The breakfast was very good."
