La proprietaria e la sua amica / collaboratrice non parlano quasi niente di inglese per cui la comunicazione è inesistente e sono entrambe poco accoglienti e sbrigative dall’inizio alla fine. Nessun asciugamano più grande del palmo di una mano, nonostante li avessi richiesti. Nell’ondol C manca una tenda alle finestre per cui non c’è privacy alcuna (tutti vi vedono da fuori) e alla mattina...

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed in all my times travelling. When we arrived to our hotel at night our room was dirty. There was pee on the toilet lid and bathroom floor. The sheets smelt horrible. The fan in the room did not work. I went downstairs to mention my concerns to a staff member but there was nobody at the front desk. I left a multiple messages for hotel staff but they never answered. I have never seen such a disgusting room. It made me very concerned. Absolutely horrible...
