"The walls were a bit thin. I was placed next to a family with a small child that had tantrums each night. I could hear every word they said. I announced out loud that it was bed time at 10:00 and I wished they weren't so loud and that seemed to do the trick."

"got there at 4pm to check in, was informed that rooms were not clean yet, come back in an hour. I am sure he had said that several times because his tone was "not clean, leave and come back" then next. Came back at 530, still not clean. Now I pushed, stayed right there eyeballing him till finally in about 20 minutes, got a room. Single female, first floor open to the parking lot and wasn't completely clean. I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will be in Great Falls for 3 weeks straight and will not be staying here. I expected clean rooms ready when check in is open, and if something is wrong, some kindness is appreciated. That would have made a ton of difference."

"Stay here often on my travels. Lots of parking. Friendly staff throughout. Heavy odor of cleaner inside room. Had to have our key rekeyed on day 2 of our travels. Lots of remodel happening so I’m eager to see the finished product."
