"The facility was lovely and it's proximity to the Salt Museum ideal. However, I have never been in a hotel room where we could not regulate the temperature before. Apparently, there is a master control and we froze all night. Opening the window to warm up was not an option because of insects, so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Also, the 10 am check out is a bit premature given the isolation -- 11 would be better. The breakfast was excellent. "

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Our stay was good except the hotel had a large tour group staying at the hotel. When we went for breakfast all inside seating was either used or reserved. We had to sit outside in the bright sun with no wi/fi while 6-8 2 person tables sat vacant until we left. We had hotel reservations just like the tour group and seating should have been on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally the breakfast had 1 slow coffee machine for the whole hotel guests breakfasts."

"Sebbene la struttura richieda un complessivo intervento di rinnovamento, è chiaro lo sforzo in atto per garantire dei buoni standard di qualità. Silenziosa e piacevole la camera con vista sul porticciolo. Varia la colazione a buffet, considerato anche il fatto che c’erano pochissimi ospiti a fine anno in hotel. Personale disponibile e attento alle richieste. Potrebbe deludere le aspettative di chi cerca un “cinque stelle”, ma il luogo ha un suo fascino e noi ci torneremmo volentieri."
