"From Busan station use your T card and jump on a 710 bus. Almost empty. Drops you off outside the hotel and is much cheaper than a cab!!! Be careful with this place. There are extra charges. Swimming pool being one. Hotel guests having to pay for a dip. Ridiculous!!! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The air con was not good. You can sleep with the patio door open. Keep the mosquito screen closed. Ice machine on every floor. The breakfast was great, plenty on offer. Nice walk around the lake to some eateries. Very quiet. Peaceful location. This is not the place for you if your after nighttime entertainment."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"

"Excellent location, right next to the beach. We stayed at the Annex building with ocean view. Worth paying more for the view and the Annex building. Hotel is close everything you need. We had fun exploring the area. Would stay here again next time. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and polite."
