"Lovely friendly welcome with a glass of cold water offered. The receptionist showed us the amenities of the hotel and where our room was and went out of her way to make us welcome.
We had an upgrade on our room which was much appreciated, it was so quiet and breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return on a night when the restaurant is open.
Thank you again"

"The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!"

"Room
Was great for what we needed. The balcony view was amazing. Breakfast was huge and offered a wonderful variety. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shower had a small amount of mold and we found some piles of hair in the bathroom on check in but otherwise room was clean. Out refrigerator did not cool but staff provided ice to keep our things cool. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a terrific stay."

"Vistas espectaculares.

"Beautiful, quiet location. Photos on the website don't do the place justice. Came here to relax and experience a bit of Spanish culture and that was exactly what we experienced. We didn't want to hire a car and it was easy to get there by taxi from the airport (55 Euros). Lovely breakfast, chilled atmosphere at the pool even with kids around. My 12 year old son loved it all as much as we did including the spa. He got to practice a bit of the Spanish he is learning at school and I got to practise...
