"Booked two rooms for our family trip, one was the 2 bedroom ocean view, the other one was king bed ocean view. The 2 bedroom was wonderful, with good view of the ocean despite being farther away than the main Ayana hotel. Our king bed ocean view, however, was very disappointing. Half of our view was another room's corridor, and the rest seems so far from the ocean. Was very disappointed in that. The experience overall was good. "Love this hotel. Booked the 2 bed rooms unit. It's very nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great, we have dinner at the hotel too, and it's delicious. Staffs are very friendly, and they response quickly to your problem. What i love the most is the ambience, very peaceful and calm, good for us who wish to have a relaxing holiday. It's far from the beach and bustling nightlife, so I won't reccomend it for those who love beach and party. Will back to this hotel, next time i come to bali."

"The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. That was really disgusting and i asked him to wash his hands, but he was like ," whatever". ohmygod seriously,...
