"Sangat menikmati saat menginap di Ayana hotel, karena kamar nyaman, staff hotel ramah dan helpful, dan suasana hotel relaxing.
Sarapan variatif dan enak. Dan mencoba juga sarapan di Rimba hotel, utk sekedar ganti suasana ke yg lebih modern.
Suka private beach nya (Kubu beach) seandainya saja ada lift utk naik, pasti lebh easy access."

"Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours on the massive daybed. Can not wait to return to Anyar! 7am Bakers is close by as are other restaurants. The area is very busy but the estate is a sanctuary of calm. The gardens are wonderfully maintained and the bedrooms were serviced daily. Thank you for...

"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Needing a bit of an update here and there but nothing that impeded our comfort. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious!
Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. That was really disgusting and i asked him to wash his hands, but he was like ," whatever". ohmygod seriously,...
