"The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around. "

"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect.
