"I called and reserved my room a week ahead, but was still not able to check in because the room were not clean yet. There was several other guests that did not get the beds they reserved either. Would not stay there again, sorry to say. It was close to everything I needed to be at the next day, but not worth the headache. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more tp and towels. The girl with green hair couldn't get off her phone to come help me"

"Although the room was technically clean, it left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, the desk staff member said how we got the best, quietest room in the whole hotel. It was not in the main hotel building, it was outside and looked like a remodeled pool shack. First, it took us a few minutes to get in the room because we couldn't get the handle to work (the desk staff member warned us to "lift" the handle because there's something wrong with it). So much for being quiet, there were 3 adults...

"This is our second time to stay at this property. This time our room was not vacuumed. Very good. There was paper in Kleenex pieces to the right of the bed. In the room we stayed in had a view of the outside decor wall. Yuck. Did not like that I could not bring my breakfast up to my room and eat. I didn’t have a lot of time and wanted to eat while I was getting ready. We were told we had to eat in the restaurant. Very disappointing.
