"Great centrally located hotel short walk from beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. Old style Bali hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, 2 pools and lovely gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will happily stay here again."

"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!"

"Amazing service, both the hotel and the seaside restaurant. The front desk seemed truly interested if we had a good time and welcomed us back. I do want to go back. Two small issues. Don't folow Google maps to get there. It takes you just to the eastern edge of the property, not the entrance. Second. The beds were kind of hard. But we had the garden rooms and they were spacious and the grounds are beautiful. "

From the reception to our checkout it was faultless and every request we made was done seamlessly. Time was our only limit as we wish we could have stayed longer, but the resort was fully booked. "Beautiful property, nice to get away from the crowds and the heat of the lower areas. Just as they said, no need for the a/c. It was rainy, but the golf course was playable soon after it was over. That doesn't happen where we are from. Had a driver bring us to a waterfall close by which was gorgeous. Fun to be staying where people line up just to take a picture outside. "

"We stayed one week here. Loved Lovina. The ever happy smiling staff were always friendly and helpful and took time to learn about us, nothing was too much trouble. I mistakenly booked a room with no fridge. I need one to store my medication. The management allowed me access to their private fridge and put a fridge in my room once one came available. To me this was above and beyond good service. The pool is a comfortable temperature. The food from the kitchen is very good. We ordered a lot from the hotel and was never disappointed. Also the food and beverages are very reasonably priced. The hotel is beach front with beautiful views and close vicinity to the main part of town. I will be returning and am a bit concerned that my glowing review will make it too crowded!"
