"The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."

"Local bom, com localização boa. A primeira entrada no prédio foi um pouquinho difícil, mas as demais muito fáceis. O apartamento estava com uma limpeza nota 8, com oportunidades de limpeza no box do banheiro e no chão próximo à cama."

Tivemos um probleminha, porque reservei quarto com camas de solteiro e quando chegamos era de casal, como ei tinha salvas as conversas, eles prontamente providenciaram um outro quarto para minha amiga. Tudo perfeito, bem localizado, fomos a pé até os restaurantes da ViIla Madalena e andamos muito de metrô que fica próximo também. Bem equipado. Nada a reclamar."

"A localização é ótima, o prédio é muito bom, o apé é bom, as instalações e utensílios não estavam boas e os reparos solicitados foram demorados e incompletos. A Justificativa foi de que a equipe de manutenção tinha muitos atendimentos por fazer. Uma estranha torneira no banheiro é um obstáculo a aproximação do usuário à Cuba e a cozinha não tem um pano de prato ou papel toalha."

"If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this...
