"PA is under a state of emergency because of the weather forecast predicting 16-20 inches of snow. That required us to cancel our travel plans, but the hotel would not accept our cancellation. We were charged anyway, even though travel will be impossible. We frequently stay at that hotel when we visit our family, but we won't be any longer."
