"Breakfast was very good and the lady keeping things well-stocked and cleaned in the breakfast area. Downside- I suggest the fire damage on the fourth floor which is very visible from the street be repaired as soon as possible."

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."

"Clean room. Good location; near fast food and shopping. Bed was a bit hard, and pillows were flat. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. Staff was helpful and courteous."

"Bathroom was a little dirty and looked like it was used due to the water droplets left in the tub. I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, there was a choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and plain Cheerios, bread and banana; but honestly not that big of a deal because the best part of it all was that I felt SAFE! As a single woman traveling alone the atmosphere was calm and I wasn’t bothered by anyone."

"We reserved a room online called to let them know we would be coming in late to make sure our room was still secured. We pulled in after 11 hours of driving, for the front desk person being rude to us. Told us they were full and had no room available for us then shut the door in our face. Not to mention they charged us for the room and we didn't even get to stay there. Don't waste your time better hotels in the are."

"TL,DR: If you want cheap, you'll get it. It's two hotels operating in the same building but using only the door on the Radisson side and (mostly?) only the desk on the Radisson side. You have to walk across to the other side if you are staying in Surface and the signage is just one small one outside the door you can't use and one at the start of the ground floor hallway for that side of the building. My room was fine and maybe cleaner than I expected after seeing the rest but half the lights...

"This was the perfect accommodation for what I needed."

"Decent hotel for what I needed it for. Clean rooms only complaint is there was only 1 face towel. I’m traveling for work so I didn’t use the amenities at the hotel except for breakfast on one day (very simple but limited selection - it did what I needed it to do). Would definitely stay there again."

"Extremely quiet, clean, and well stocked. Safe area with plenty of shopping and entertainment within a 5 mile radius. Breakfast was 9.5/10. Would be 10/10 with some salsa for the eggs. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"Buffet breakfast was good, beds, A/C great. Salvador at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Unfortunately, no cups or glasses in the room, and the shower had such poor water pressure as to be unusable for washing hair."
