"Our stay at Eagle Cap was far better than anticipated! What a lovely staff, in a beautiful place! I appreciated the kindness and enthusiasm from each person I spoke to. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, the coffee in the cafe was excellent, and the surrounding area, lake, tram, and nearby town were fantastic! We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for our family."

"It was a great experience. Everyone there was very nice. The town is really neat. There’s some restaurants nearby. The only thing that could be better is the gym but I was able to go to club 24. It’d be nice if the hotel could have an arrangement with them so I wouldn’t have to pay $15 to go there, but the staff was amazing and very helpful"

"I walked in the room and it was pretty warm but the AC worked amazingly that within 20-30 minutes I had to turn it down to low. Room was clean and I like the simplicity of it and the bed was comfortable but the pillows are lumpy. I wish they had a little coffee maker in the room that most hotels have these days. Check in was fast and easy. In the morning, I locked myself out by forgetting the Key-Card when I went to the car so I went to the office where they have a button to ring and ring camera which the attendand aswered right away but the volume was really low that it took me a while to figure where that noise was coming from. I told him that I need a key to my room and he was the office immediately. I did mention it to him that the ring camera volume is too low. I would definitely stay there again."
