"I was traveling for work and found the bed quite comfortable with a variety of bed pillows to satisfy anyone's preferences. The room was tidy and quiet. Restaurant options on ground floor are quite good as well. Though if not liking those options, then two other great restaurants are within the block of the hotel."

"We had a nice stay at this property. Things we loved were our terrace, the general aesthetic of our room and the ease of checking in. On the cons side, the hotel looks pretty worked in certain areas. The furniture is peeling and the ceiling showed major signs of water damage. The “Room at the End of the Hall” was kind of waste of our time - pudding, applesauce and string cheese seemed appropriate for a different crowd, perhaps, and the beverage selection was nothing other than yuck flavors of Waterloo. For a heavily touted hotel amenity, the execution was more snack mom for soccer games than club level treat."

"The cleaning team should do better in refilling their toiletries and lotions, shampoo, etc. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness could be better for a hotel as nice as the embassy, the cleaning is not so great. The elevators for example were very dirty with the windows and rooms not as clean as hoped for. Overall the staff were helpful and handled my children’s burned from hotel lotion situation good with a discount. Which was a scary interaction I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and even though I had a small incident with kids and the hotel products, I’ll love to stay here again. Step on the cleaning team and this will be the best holiday hotel ever! Thank you!"

"We stayed for five nights and overall had a great experience. The only issue was that the bed sheets and comforter were not clean when we checked in; both had dried blood stains on them. After we reported the problem to the front desk, they promptly replaced the bedding. Other than that, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again."

"This resort was beautiful. The furniture and finishes were dated but everything was well maintained and clean. The rooms were well furnished, spacious and ours had a high ceiling. Loved that it had a fire place and AC; set for the seasons. the beds were comfortable and we all slept well w/ the room darkening curtains. The pool set up was really nice. Kids had a great time. Do wish there had been a staff member available or access to the main building to order drinks/snackage. The lounge w/ the live music was really nice! fun games to grab and play, variety of table set ups inside and outside and the live music was really good! The morning complementary breakfast was delicious and the morning views from the dining room were stunning. This place offers a lot for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our evening here immensely."
