"I didn't use any of the amenities like the pool or gym or even have the breakfast, but I saw it all and it all looked in Great shape and smelled great. I only stayed for two nights but everyone was extremely helpful right from the beginning.."

"I would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which had two bathrooms, a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room also had a washer and dryer which we used daily. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and being able to clean my son's uniform was a blessing!"

"Loved every minute of my 5 day stay at the Hostel. My room was clean, comfortable and private. The shared spaces (bathroom/shower) and pool table/couch/kitchen areas were super clean and well stocked. The patio on the west side of the building on 3rd floor was epic for watching sunsets and the proximity to the pizza, Indian food and The Parlor cocktail lounge as well as 7/11 was super convienent."

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!"

"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"

"Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy.
