"The desk attendant was surly and did not have any welcoming remarks. We were not informed where we could find easy access or local amenities. The room didn’t not have a deadbolt on it. There was not a towel in the room. The room was very sparse which was not a problem for us but may be for others. We only received one key card where we are used to receiving two. My neighbors conversation could easy be heard in the room. The thin windows allowed traffic noise to protrude also.
