"Property was well maintained and staff was friendly. Had a bad experience with shuttle service. We dropped our rental car at airport and expected a return from shuttle. We were unable call hotel. Phone was disconnected. Very frustrating as we waited at airport for over 1 1/2 hours. Had to pay for taxi service. Breakfast was fine; hot coffee, waffles, eggs and sausage. Breakfast is a plus. Call out for excellent service-Shevon went out of her way to provide superior service."

"Was given a key and told my room was 4421 and my daughter and I walked into a room with people having sex.. went back to check in and told them the situation and without apologies or sympathy to the situation was given a new key for room 4221"

"Large property. It’s on the older side but everything is well maintained. The poll is nice with a really large area to relax right outside the gate. The staff was great. More than adequate shop with items you may have forgotten to pack and an ice cream parlor! Coffee shop - pizza and wings. Shuttle to the parks was really amazing. "

"The room and facilities were excellent. When I got there rhe room I paid for was gone but she upgraded us free of charge and the room and facilities were excellent definitely making plans to stay there again"
