"We booked a suite room for the space. Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly. Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch. "The lake was very peaceful. The room was a good size. The instructions were so easy to follow. The security deposit was given back the day after. We went to Tims next door to get drinks which was fun. The only problem I have was the curtains in the room was not black out and if you're not up and ready in the morning then you will be awake. They did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine which was nice but worrisome since we went at a very quiet time so it made me think the area would...

Our only complaint was there was an alarm going off nearby that we could hear even in our room all night. I don't know if it was on the premises or off-site, but it was definitely loud. The suite itself was very clean and spacious. "

"Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"This is a great location if you arrive by train. There is also parking nearby. Easy to use the code sent to gain remote access. My room was pleasant, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and places to eat are very close. "
