"As soon as we walked in the room smelled like wet dog/carpet. We could tell the carpet was wet from walking on it. Although we appreciate you trying to clean the carpet, it might just be time for you to replace it. The smell was awful. Other than that, the room was neat and clean, the location was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you!"
