"Staff is very attentive and courteous. Room is well maintained and straightened/freshened each day. Upstairz bar/restaurant is a great accommodation to the hotel. Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka. "Great location close to the Hommachi station which connects to multiple lines, easy to travel around Osaka and 50 mins to Nara Park. The staff were very helpful we were able to send our luggage from the hotel to our hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and there was enough space to have two luggages open in our room. The breakfast in the morning was also great, and there is a Family Mart right across the street. "

"Rooms were very spacious we stayed in the Junior suites at the Ritz and was very happy with our room, The staff were absolutely amazing they made our family trip even more special with the outstanding service they all provided, everyone was so polite and attentive nothing was ever an issue.
