"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"The lodge itself is beautiful! It’s a very nice room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that every food option and drink option is very expensive. Breakfast is $25 per person. It’s rather inconvenient to leave for each meal. There are only drinks in vending machines. Also, Expedia says they charge an additional $20 for parking. That is now $40 and $100 hold on your card for incidentals. "
