Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!"

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"This hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. The hotel does not tell people with disabilities that they need to bring the hanger from their car from their country of origin.. people with disabilities who have a rental vehicle. They tell them to park outside of the city walls, a 25 minute walk away if they can find parking it is absolutely inaccessible and I would tell people do not park there. Also, the staff member knew I was in a disability space assigned to a resident and still...
