"I spoke to the hotel on the phone, during the day I was going to check in, as I had not received the check in codes to enter the hotel. There is no one at reception after 5pm. "We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen."

"It is an older property with its own charm. Location is close to shipping, restaurants, buys stops, train station, so very convenient. We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the top floor, end of the hall, so it was very quiet. Steps are narrow and steep, no elevator. Lots of exercise! Hotel staff was fabulous. St Fagans national museum of history and Caerphilly Castle are both worth visiting!"
