"The breakfast was superb, along with the atrium area. The room and restroom was well-appointed with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. We love that the lady at check-in asked if we preferred the 1st or 2nd floor, and gave a great local dinner recommendation which was wonderful. "

"Staff were friendly and room was clean. Very convenient if you want to walk to river market. If you don’t want to use valet, there’s a parking garage at the bottom of the same street. There’s like even a little bodega very close. Really like the location. I booked this hotel because of all the amenities but didn’t use. The only critique I can give is to have the pool open later than 9pm. I like to go when all the kids are in bed or maybe have a no kids after 8pm policy"

"Clean room comfy bed. Was able to book online very fast. Check in and out was easy. Cheaper than expected. "

"We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside."
