"Staff was really nice. Room was clean however the toilet would take forever to refill to flush again. Also parking was annoying. If anyone has a key card vehicle like a Tesla beware. They won’t Valet your car if it’s just your phone key. I’ve had other hotels use the phone key and bring me my phone back. Kinda wack in this technological age. Also huge homeless population on the street by the entrance."

"Clean, has everything you’d need for a short stay. The room does get a bit hot and humid, at least in the room we got, and it takes a while for the AC to cool it down. The fridge also froze my food, but I suppose I should have noticed it had a freezer inside on the top shelf instead of a separate one."

"Even though we arrived extremely late for check-in around 1:00 AM, the night receptionist was incredibly accommodating and even offered us a late checkout. The room was spotless, the bed was super cozy, and the shower had fast hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch, too! "Clean and tidy for short stays."

"Staff must have changed since the last set of reviews because they were not very good. They gave us a single key card and wouldn’t give us another due to a “key card shortage” at the hotel. You need the card to use the elevator and get up to your room, so this was extremely inconvenient. We also had to ask for an extra blanket 3 separate times before receiving it more than hour later by which time it was almost midnight, and only after my husband went down to the front desk and stated he would...

"Great hotel, good location close to downtown, which made it easy to get an Uber to and from,. I also like the parking because it was gated and secured plus a lot more affordable, compared to other hotels in the nearby area. They had free breakfast so I didn’t get an opportunity to make it because of other plans. Looking forward to the next visit."
