It’s not that they are bad, but compared to other places, they don’t feel very professional. Also, when I first arrived, it was quite difficult to find the main entrance and front desk. I had to carry my luggage around and spent a lot of time figuring out where to go, which was inconvenient. That said, the hotel is quite unique, and the scenery alone makes it worth visiting thought"
