"Eve thinking was good"

"Great place to stay ! Has a regular restaurant attached and breakfast is free in the morning. Rooms were a little on the small side but were renovated clean and cozy. Only down thing was pool was closed for remodeling which is a good thing ! Lots of shuttle vehicles to get you around every where. I would DEFINITELY stay here again !!"

"The Graduate is fortunate that they have a fantastic location, because the hotel itself is run down and badly needs a renovation. The lobby and rooms badly need to be upgraded, and I imagine the owners could then get top dollar."

"The property is a self service/self check-in hotel. Texting a selfie to ensure I meet their security protocol was the first in a long list of issues. From the instructions on how to get in the front door, to parking, to an air conditioner that blew cold air on us, the list never seemed to end. I will not return nor give them a positive review."

"If you have an event at The Tin Smith it’s a perfect location. It’s right across from Breese Stevens. Tried to book for a summer concert but the rate tripled so I had to pass. Minimalist environment but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff."
