Every time we wanted to use the pool during our stay we had to go to the front desk and have maintenance remove whatever device they had in there. Whether it was during the day or in the early evening that was a hassle. Not to mention a maintenance man had an attitude while removing it. Then on our last day there while walking to our car after checking out we almost fell due to the sheet of ice...
