"Very nice place. Room was clean and beds comfortable. 3 min walk to Kloten, Stadhaus bus stop (train transportation also available a block away). The staff was very helpful with directions to local food establishments, public transportation recommendations and calling for taxi to get to the airport. Some rooms had refrigerators but for some reason ours did not. No ice or hair conditioner available, but that seem to be very common in European hotels. Would highly recommend."

"A Truly Outstanding Stay: Sophia at the reception desk is absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, extremely polite, and genuinely committed to giving guests a fantastic experience. When our TV malfunctioned, she arranged a room change immediately. We also requested extra towels, which were provided promptly, along with daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is spotless, in a very safe area, and perfectly located just steps from the train station, supermarket, and excellent restaurants....
