"Every team member we encountered were all very kind, helpful., efficient and courteous which make us want to stay there again on our next visit in Zurich. Our room was always kept clean on our 4 nights stay , loved watching Lucy lights at night from our window which we slightly ajar intermittently for fresh air . The only negative was shower drain got so full quickly which we rectified by adjusting rain shower pressure not to overflow . Over all a great stay especially around Christmas time . "

"The location of the hotel is only a few minutes away from Kloten train station, super easy to access public transit system. Rooms are newly renovated, nice and clean. Everyone in our group loved the bathroom! Great shower which is so important after a day of travel. Highly recommend to anyone. Staffs are all warm and helpful. "

"Very unique hotel, great location. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shopping/train station! We ate at Kings Cave, very cool setting and food was delicious! Live music such a huge bonus in the bar! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they are SUPERB!!"

"I have never stayed in a Capsule Hotel but was quite impressed. It was super clean everywhere and the towels and bedding were of the highest quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was secure and my capsule in it was very well appointed. It had everything I needed at close hand. Someone came in around midnight and banged around a bit, but even though earplugs were provided, I didn’t need them as I soon went back to sleep in my private and super comfortable bed. "Hotel City Zurich location next to Zurich main station, very close to tram number 10 which bring you only small CHF to and fro to the Zurich main airport in only 35 minute. A lot of junk food and chocolate shop also big retailer. So easy getting the hotel if you come in a hurry. Room is clean but very big enough for bringing your family. It is a pleasant to stay more than a day. "
