When we asked they said rooms don’t have any a/c. And they all have bunk beds..No ice maker, no microwave even at reception area! Flies everywhere! Windows have no screens!! Staff was friendly!"

"easy to use, clean and relatively comfortable. location is okay, walkable to local shops and easy to park nearby, although not in Aachens touristy area. Only one semi-comfortable chair, and I couldn't fathom out the heating/cooling system. all in all its okay for a couple of nights on a business trip."

"Es war sauber und geräumig. Umgang mit den codes war super. Ein Föhn im Bad wäre praktisch. Es sind sehr viele Hornissen ins zimmer geflogen sobald man fenster auf gemacht hat, das war schrecklich."

"Jammer dat mijn fiets niet veilig binnen gestald kon worden. Die moest nu de nacht buiten blijven, weliswaar afgesloten, maar bij zo‘n hotel zou toch een overdekte stalling, met mogelijkheid om je accu te laden, moeten zijn. Lakens zijn schoon, liggen los op het bed. Eén keer draaien en alles ligt gekreukt. Ontbijt was prima met fijne bediening. "

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "
