"Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

"Wow! The views, the room, the food, the pools, the facilities, the service - everything far exceeded expectations, especially for the price. This kind of experience at home in the USA would not be nearly as beautiful and would cost 4x as much. That difference more than covers the airfare, LOL. "Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement.
I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room.
I had to...
