"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"
