"I booked a king balcony room back in Jan 2026, 9 months in advance. When I arrived they told me they had me as a queen non balcony room but because it was booked through Expedia they had to charge me the king room fee. They blamed the mix up on Expedia and then when I called Expedia they blamed the mix up on Hotel Moab. I was never charged by Expedia but upon arrival was charged a much higher fee by hotel Moab even though the invoice they gave me showed the actual room rate which was much lower....
