"I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Toronto. The location was extremely central, walking distance to the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the CNE, and the Convention Centre. There were also tons of restaurants in the same building and all around the block.
The hotel was very clean, but the best part was definitely the comfortable furniture and mattresses. Everything felt high quality and relaxing. The service was amazing overall and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend...

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."
