"When I booked the rooms, I requested adjoining rooms. I then called the property the day before our arrival to ensure that we had adjoining rooms, which was very important because I had a special needs grandson with us. We did not get the joining room although we were on the same floor it was very difficult to maneuver. I was very disappointed other than that, the stay was OK"

"My third stay here. Comfortable bed, Quiet. Plenty of charging outlets. Access to to your favorite streaming services including my favorite, Netflix. Breakfasts generally good except omelette. Please add raisins as condiment for oatmeal. Excellent location. Burger Me restaurant immediately outside the entrance a plus. Suggest a hand-held shower replace the fixed shower head."

"We had a wonderful stay at Harrah's Lake Tahoe. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. If you're planning a trip to Lake Tahoe, I definitely recommend staying here. The combination of great hospitality and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience."
