"The property is aesthetically stunning, the staff- impeccable service. It is not far from a beach or eateries. Great. Not great: I believe this hotel has severe mold issues. The restaurant smells really bad (I mentioned it to one of the staff) as I’ve lived through mold issues. The room I was in, smelled worse. The ac unit was broken and made a very loud sound the whole night (I showed the front desk staff the video to which they were apologetic). My shower had someone else’s hair on the walls- it wasn’t clean. I told the front desk about it as well- they responded with apologies. I wasn’t looking to receive anything, I just wanted them to know. I feel their responses were appropriate and caring. There is a woman who works the mornings at the restaurant- she was very rude to me. My oatmeal that I ordered was watery- she didn’t offer to take the charge off. She just asked if I wanted something else (not to replace it or exchange it) but something else to order. I didn’t want a sky high bill, I said no. She still charged me though I hadn’t eaten one bite. I ordered an omelette on second thought as I was hungry. When the check came, I asked for $6.00 off (the price of my oatmeal) to be deducted. She rudely said, “that’s why I asked you” and stormed off. It made me sad honestly. I felt like it was personal and non caring. The overall experience was just subpar- the front desk staff’s professionalism and the view of the courtyard were the good. "

"Room was not the cleanest (spills on walls and doors and dark debris on carpet was missed). Mini fridge was unusable to the guest as it was only stocked with censored items for purchase. I would have preferred to store my (EXPENSIVE) leftover meals in it. "

"Our particular room was so noisy, the doors slammed, the walls are paper thin. We had a view of a parking lot and had to pay $60 to park. All this for $400. Not worth the money at all. We’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful because we had one of the nicer more expensive rooms. Just know if you get the standard room, you’ll be "

"We had a wonderful 1 day getaway for our mom's birthday. Everyone from front desk to all the waiters, staff in all the boutiques were hospitable , smiling, and eager to make your stay memorable. Thank you!"

"Usually have a decent stay here but this past stay was horrible. Neighbor was up most of the night very loud and scary. Husband got bites from bugs and we think it was from there. Called to get moved and they said they will let us know but never did. Room doesn't get cleaned until three days being there. Sheets were stained."

From the receptionist asking if we prefer a room on a lower floor or a room on a higher floor (most places don't give you an option) and housekeeping doing a fantastic job, to having a great breakfast the next morning.
