Friendly welcome and efficient staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Parking is fine but a little tight with a larger car.

Great value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean though missing a hair drier. Breakfast excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel with lovely grounds and right next to a river where you can take a long walk. Super accessible location and very quiet surroundings. Only slight downside was the breakfast which was very limited.

Lovely welcoming host. Great room, bathroom and very comfortable bed. The only thing I would suggest is a mirror by the table for ladies to do hair and makeup. There was a big event on during the evening but this was in no way a detriment to our stay. No restaurant on site so suggest do your research and book ahead in Evereux. Breakfast was good.

Clean, modern and stylish hotel, particularly we were very impressed by the restaurant, the view from our table out to the garden, and the stylish bar area. We would stay again as a comfortable pit-stop on the way to Le Mans from the UK.

Very nice

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

Comfortable stay. Right in the centre of Fecamp, close to the beach

In 40 years holidaying I can honestly say Hotel Diligence is one of the best that my wife Anne and I have stayed at. The furnishing are beautiful/comfortable bed/ lots of little Knick Knacks to make our stay even more enjoyable. and a very good breakfast. I whole heartedly recommend staying there

Very pleasant surprise that the hotel is ideally suited for sight-seeing in Roen (see below), located around the corner from Market Square with the modern Joan of Arc Church and the site of where she was burnt on the stake. Great being close to Market square, which is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is superb and deserves its 5 stars in terms of service, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, bedroom and bathroom and amenities (though a jucuzzi would be a welcome addition to...

Hotel with a lot of character but with modern facilities. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very close to the station and easy to walk to main areas of Rouen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay.

Only one night. Arrived late but still had a lovely meal. So dinner bed breakfast and on the road.

The property was very modern and very clean. The bed were comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtains that were designed to curve around on the rail to seal the sides of the window to prevent stray light from entering the room. There was a small kitchener area with stove, fridge and sink. It would have been helpful to have a tea towel, washing up liquid and scrubby provided.

We have now stayed at L’Hôtel Les Galets twice, and it has quickly become one of our favourite places to stay. Our first visit was for two nights while travelling onwards, and we enjoyed it so much that we returned for a three-night stay. This is a wonderful family-run hotel, and the owners are genuinely some of the warmest, kindest and most hospitable people you could hope to meet. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special thank you for...

Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at...
